She has extensive experience collaborating with organizations to cultivate enduring systems and processes, propel significant change, and foster continuous learning and improvement. Kellie's areas of expertise include operational excellence, strategic thinking, the ability to foster a data-driven culture, and a talent for transforming HR practices to empower organizations to achieve more than they believed possible.

Thuy Le (pronounced twee ley) brings over 15 years of experience in the education and non-profit sectors focusing on building equitable systems and processes to help create environments where people can do their best work. Most recently, Thuy served as the Managing Director of Talent and Equity for Code Nation. Prior to Code Nation, Thuy served as the Global Director of Talent Management for Heifer International, Chief Talent Officer at EL Education and the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at City Year. In these roles, she led multiple change initiatives, including culture assessments and improvement, formed a new talent management function, and initiated the prioritization of DEIB as an organizational imperative through active listening and action planning.
